Instructions for Proceedings Article Submission
- Oral presenters are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED but not required to submit a proceedings article that is 3-6 pages in length.
- Poster presenters are REQUIRED to submit a finalized abstract, no more than 1 page in length. A full proceedings paper is optional.
- Full proceedings articles must be uploaded by 15 JAN 2025 to be included in the conference proceedings.
- One or more authors of an article must be registered for the conference by 19 FEB 2025 for it to be included in the conference and proceedings.
- Proceedings articles not meeting these requirements will not be included in the conference proceedings.
Process for Submission
- Name the file with your abstract number and corresponding author name. For example “Abstract 101 John Smith.doc”.
- Microsoft Word is the only accepted file format.
- Please submit your article online by 15 JAN 2025. Login at the site and click the upload proceedings article to the left of the abstract title.
- Proceedings Articles must be in a digital “CAMERA READY” format, i.e., fully laid out, with all graphics and figures inline. Tables, graphs, and images should be a part of the document, rather than originating from another software source and must be embedded in the text. For example, do not embed an Excel table and send it with the linked database used to generate the table.

Details for Poster Presenters
- Posters must not exceed 42" by 42".
- Pushpins and velcro will be provided.
- Please have your poster up by 7:30 am on Wednesday, March 5 before the start of the opening session.
